KARGEN | MOF-Based VOC & Hazardous Gas Adsorption Solutions

-vcxz-(77)

About the Solution
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) such as formaldehyde, benzene series (benzene, toluene, xylene), and ketones are major air pollutants that harm human health and the environment. Traditional adsorption materials (activated carbon, zeolite) suffer from low adsorption capacity, poor selectivity, and difficult regeneration. KARGEN has developed high-performance MOF-based adsorption materials for VOC and hazardous gas treatment, covering indoor air purification, industrial waste gas treatment, and automotive air purification. Our solutions achieve deep, efficient, and recyclable removal of low-concentration VOCs with low energy consumption.

Application Scenarios

  • Indoor Air Purification

Applied in residential, office, school, and hospital air purifiers. MOF materials rapidly adsorb formaldehyde, benzene series, and TVOCs at room temperature, with adsorption capacity 3-5 times higher than activated carbon. They avoid secondary pollution and can be regenerated for repeated use.

  • Industrial Waste Gas Treatment

Suitable for painting, printing, electronics, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. MOF adsorption towers treat low-concentration, large-air-volume VOC waste gas, achieving removal efficiency over 95%. Regenerated VOCs can be recycled or incinerated, reducing waste and operating costs.

  • Automotive Air Purification

Integrated into automotive air conditioning filters and interior air purifiers. MOF materials efficiently remove formaldehyde, benzene, and odors from automotive interiors, with high temperature resistance (up to 120°C) and long service life, maintaining performance in harsh automotive environments.

  • Special Hazardous Gas Treatment

Targeted removal of toxic and harmful gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and chlorine gas in laboratories, chemical plants, and emergency rescue scenarios. MOF materials with functional modification achieve rapid and irreversible adsorption of toxic gases, ensuring personnel safety.

Technical Advantages

High Selectivity & Capacity: Precisely target VOC molecules, with adsorption capacity 3-10 times higher than traditional activated carbon, and unaffected by humidity.
Low Energy Consumption: Regeneration at low temperatures (40-80°C), using waste heat or solar energy, reducing operating costs by over 60% compared to thermal desorption of activated carbon.
Long Service Life: Stable structure, resistant to water, acid, and alkali, with over 1000 regeneration cycles and service life 5-8 times longer than activated carbon.
Environmental Friendliness: No secondary pollution, recyclable adsorbents, and green synthesis process complying with national environmental standards.
Easy Integration: Modular design, compatible with existing purification equipment, no need for large-scale equipment modification.
