The 2025 Nobel Prize in Chemistry is announced.

On October 8th local time, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences decided to award the 2025 Nobel Prize in Chemistry to three scientists, Susumu Kitagawa, Richard Robson, and Omar M. Yaghi, in recognition of their contributions to the development of metal-organic frameworks.

The laureates will share a prize of 11 million Swedish kronor.
