ZIF-67 Powder Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs)

CAS: 46201-07-4

ZIF-67 (Co(Hmim)2, where Hmim is 2-methylimidazole) is a zeolitic imidazolate framework consisting of cobalt ions (Co²⁺) and 2-methylimidazolate anions. It features a cubic crystal symmetry with unit cell parameters a = b = c = 16.9589 Å. ZIF-67 boasts a high surface area (SBET > 1700 m²/g), providing numerous active sites, and its micropores (approximately 0.34 nm in diameter) are well-suited for reactions due to their strong affinity for guest molecules.
